The brief
A property investment group needed a platform for surfacing and evaluating off-market real estate opportunities. The product had to present complex deal structures clearly enough for investor-grade decision-making, while staying fast and maintainable by a small team.
What we built
We designed and built a full-stack property discovery platform: database architecture, API layer, and a dashboard interface built for speed and clarity. Deal metrics, documentation, and status are presented in a consistent structure that works whether a user is reviewing one deal or a hundred. The codebase was written to be maintainable long after handoff.
