About

Built in Toronto. Built to last.

Slightly Digital is a small agency. That means you deal with the people actually doing the work, not account managers passing messages to a team you never meet.

How we work

Every project starts with a clear brief. We ask questions until we understand the business well enough to make decisions that serve it. Then we build, review together, and launch with documentation so you can manage what we hand off.

We work best with clients who have a clear picture of what they need, or clients who are honest about not knowing yet. Either is fine. What does not work is vague briefs and moving goalposts.

Some practical details

LocationToronto, Ontario. We work remotely with clients across Canada.
CommunicationEmail-first. We set regular check-ins during active projects and keep you updated without requiring you to chase us.
TimelinesWe quote realistic timelines, not ambitious ones. If something changes, we tell you before it affects the schedule.
Project sizeWe take on a limited number of projects at a time to keep quality high. We are not trying to scale indefinitely.

What we value

01

Clarity

We say what we mean about timelines, costs, and what is realistic. No vague promises about results we cannot predict.

02

Useful Design

Design serves the business goal. A site that looks impressive but does not convert is a failed brief, regardless of how it looks in a portfolio.

03

Technical Quality

We write clean, documented code. Sites we build are fast, maintainable, and do not require us to be involved every time something needs to change.

04

Honest Recommendations

If something you want is not the right approach, we will say so. We would rather lose a project than build something that does not work.

05

Long-term Maintainability

Every decision accounts for what happens six months or two years from now. Technology choices, code structure, and documentation all reflect this.

The work we take on

We are practical about what we accept. If a project is not a good fit because of scope, timing, or type of work, we will say so.

  • New business websites and brand launches
  • Rebuilds of outdated or underperforming sites
  • E-commerce stores for physical or digital products
  • Local SEO for businesses that depend on nearby customers
  • Custom tools and internal systems for operations teams
  • Ongoing maintenance and support for existing sites
